Stop PVCs

Hello friend!

Do you suffer from heart palpitations, otherwise known as PVC’s?

Heart Palpitations

If so, you are probably super freaked out and searching for answers.

I know, because I was once in your shoes.

When I landed in the ER with terrifying PVC’s, the doctor told me they are harmless, normal, and I could take beta-blockers if they became too bothersome.

This did not sit right with me. Normal? I don’t think so! And I was certainly not going to start on a pharmaceutical medication or even more invasive measures without getting some answers first! Research time. Deep-dive time. I got myself educated and started implementing changes right away.

Eventually I learned that the answer ultimately is surprisingly, blessedly simple.

I am passionate about helping people who are feeling like I was: pretty much freaking out about distressing symptoms you are told are “NORMAL” and just part of aging.

When you look for answers to PVC’s online, there are loads of recommendations, such as taking magnesium or cutting out caffeine. You can even find people for whom these simple measures worked, but usually only partially or temporarily.

To really fix your health, you need to take a much more comprehensive approach.

Let me be your guide.

If you are experiencing worrisome symptoms like heart palpitations, you absolutely must check with your doctor and follow their guidance.

But let’s say you have been to the doctor. Your doctor may have run some blood tests, but those came back pretty much normal. You may have been referred to a specialist. You may have received a holter monitor. Perhaps a prescription drug was offered. Or surgery. You feel perplexed about the lack of answers and wonder about the need for invasive measures or drugs while still dealing with persistent, distressing symptoms. In the back of your mind (or maybe in the front) you think that this can’t be right. There must be more that can be done.

Who am I?

My name is Casey Webster and I am a mom of 3, a lawyer, and a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.

I received my nutrition training and certificate from the Nutritional Therapy Association. You may wonder, what is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP)? NTPs use a foundational and bio-individual approach to functional, holistic nutrition to balance the body and achieve optimal wellness. NTPs are equipped to support the body's innate ability to heal by addressing the importance of nutrient-dense food and intentional lifestyle choices.

I’m deeply committed to educating and empowering people to take control of their health.

My Story

I am a lawyer, but I have always had an intense interest in nutrition and health, studying and trying various diets like the raw food and keto diets with the same zeal with which I would represent my clients and research and argue the law.

As I entered my mid-40’s, however, no diet seemed to confer the robust health I sought, and I noticed that hair loss, slow and steady weight gain and extreme fatigue were becoming part of my new normal.

Then I started suffering from chronic PVCs. I was pretty freaked out and desperate for answers.

I spent countless hours researching on the internet, and consulted with several doctors, but nothing I did improved the situation. It was especially bad at night. And extra-bad when lying on my left side. (Sound familiar?)

I finally decided to take steps to get educated and help myself.

I’m happy and so grateful to report I finally found answers and now I’m driven to help others take charge of their health and well-being!
